Legal support: the topics on which we stand with members

A graphic company’s activity requires attention to a growing set of legal, environmental, employment and tax requirements. So that members do not have to do it alone, APIGRAF’s Legal Department sends regular emails with information relevant to the sector and companies’ day-to-day activity.

This ongoing support includes the topics recently shared: PPWR, packaging and packaging waste; RERE and environmental obligations; the Single Report and other employment matters; taxation and reporting obligations; the management of paper, cardboard and plate waste; and support measures in situations of emergency.

This is more than monitoring legal changes. It is about identifying the issues that may require companies’ attention, decisions or adaptation and keeping members regularly informed.
